文殊寺位於金堤黃山洞，是錦山寺的分寺。該寺廟位於鳳凰山（海拔 100 公尺）山頂的大自然中心，四周環繞著看似一望無際的萬慶平原。該寺是百濟武王25年，惠德禪師在夢中受到文殊菩薩的拜訪後建造的。寺廟以寺廟所在社區的原名“Munsugol”命名為“Munsu”。
寺前有一株古槐樹，樹圍高達5公尺以上。這棵樹被稱為gwimok（意思是神聖、神奇的樹），最近被指定為特別保護樹，現在是保護工作的重點。每年農曆1月14日，金堤當地政府都會舉行祭樹儀式，寺廟也會舉行祭祀山神儀式。 |
