都泰延谷位于民防线以北，需要通过杨口郡政府网站提前预约，并在都泰延画廊填写入场信息后，在导游的带领下进入该地区。山谷里有一个瀑布，位于四太川溪流与水川溪流的交汇处。水落入瀑布池中，瀑布底部的基岩上也形成了一个深深的洞穴。
