兴正溪谷距离江原道平昌市蓬坪面约5公里。以兴井山为起点的全长5公里的溪谷风景优美。山谷清澈的海水中栖息着鳟鱼等多种淡水鱼。兴宗溪谷与著名理学家栗谷（1536-1584）的神社凤山西斋、梁思彦著作的八石亭一起成为凤坪地区的著名景点。
