龙宫寺与仁川国际机场位于同一地区，坐落在白云山的东北坡上。在新罗王国时期（约 1,300 年前），文武王将这座寺庙命名为“白云寺”，以纪念该寺庙的山居地。朝鲜时代，这里是兴宣大院君（1820-1898，政治家、高宗国王的父亲）的临时住所，他在寺庙里住了十年，祈求儿子登基。当他的儿子最终加冕为王时，兴宣大院君重建了寺庙，并更名为龙宫寺。
寺庙由观音殿（兴宣大院君重建）、僧舍、七圣阁、龙皇阁等各种建筑组成。在Yosachae，墙上挂着兴宣大院君的文字，最近还安放了11米高的弥勒佛像。寺前有两棵1300年树龄的榉树。 |
