寒碧堂位于全罗北道，被指定为第 15 号有形文化财产。1404 年，朝鲜王朝的一位文官将其建造为乡间别墅。 闲碧堂建在胜岩山脚下，可以看到下面全州川的美丽景色。 此后，附近修建了一条大型高速公路，破坏了自然美景。 过去，许多作家经常到寒碧堂寻找写作灵感。 该亭以从山上流下的山雾之美而闻名，因此成为全州八景之一。
