白水海岸公路是 77 号国道和 14 号省道的一部分，是全罗南道风景最好的公路之一。在这条路上行驶时，您会遇到动态变化的景观，包括沿海悬崖上壮丽的岩层。道路全长约16.8公里，连接灵光市白水邑吉龙里和石龟村。沿着海岸公路可以欣赏七山岩的美景，尤其是在日落时分。
