王陵东南方，有一座小碑，立于松林间。纪念碑旁边有一口井，名叫罗井。据《三国史记》和《三国史》记载，新罗开国君主朴赫居世就出生在这口井旁。公元前69年，古西村村长小别公在井边看到一匹白马跪在地上。当他走近井边时，他发现那匹马神奇地消失了，原来的地方留下了一个大蛋，一个男孩从蛋里诞生了。当男孩 13 岁时（公元前 57 年），他被村长任命为国王，并开始统治当时称为“Seorabeol”的地区。纯祖（朝鲜时代）3年（1803年）立碑（高2.25米、长45厘米、宽21厘米），详细记载了新罗开国元勋的历史渊源。
