东宁门坐落在最初被称为灵恩的地方，这里曾经接待过使节。 当中国使节来访时，国王要从此门出去迎接。 1898年，为了宣布脱离日本独立，用市民筹集的资金建造了东里门。东林门上还残留着过去的痕迹，东林门前的两根柱子就是灵恩门的遗迹。
法国的凯旋门与东宁门相比，让人回想起。东宁门采用花岗岩建造，通道x_高度为14.28米。 顶部用韩语写着“Dongnimmun”，两侧各画有国旗。 左内侧有石阶通向阁楼。 东宁门周围种植着国花木槿花。现在已被道路包围，路过时十分引人注目。 |
