东部仓库曾是旧烟草制造厂的烟叶仓库，通过文化体育观光部的文化再生工程，被改造为文化艺术空间。目前保持着工厂仓库的原貌，作为红砖木桁架建筑的现代文化遗产，极具保存价值。这个迷人的文化空间包含 1900 年代的现代和当代面貌，提供各种活动，如计划的表演和节日，以及空间租赁。
