덕강산은 환선굴이 있는 산으로 천연기념물 제178호로 지정된 삼척 대이리 동굴지역에 속한다. 산봉우리가 독특하고 입구에서부터 따뜻한 환영을 받는 산이다. 산 내에는 다양한 민속유적이 있어 많은 방문객이 찾아온다.
