2002년 한일 월드컵을 기념하여 수원시는 '문화가 있는 화장실'이라는 이념을 채택하여 시내 주요 관광지에 아름답고 깨끗하며 새로운 욕실을 건설했습니다. 그 중에서도 광교저수지 근처에 위치한 반딧불이 화장실이 가장 아름답습니다. 장애인용 터널과 빛을 여과하는 천장, 심플한 인테리어, 커피 자판기, 휴게실 등을 갖췄다.
