전라남도 목포에 위치한 유달산은 노령산맥의 마지막 산이다. 높이가 228m에 불과한 낮은 산임에도 불구하고 목포 시내 전체와 바다를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 탁 트인 전망을 자랑하는 산이다. 산 곳곳에는 5개의 탑과 '목포의 눈물' 가사를 새긴 비석, 100여 점의 작품이 전시된 조각공원, 난초공원, 목포가 보이는 일주길이 있다.
