1979년 전라남도 해남에서 보해양조장이 설립한
매실농원(보해매실농원)은 국내 최대 규모의 청매실 농장이다. 매년 봄, 매실나무에 매화꽃이 피기 시작하면, 양조장에서는 일반에게 농장을 공개하여 아름다운 매화를 감상하고 신선한 매실을 구입할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있습니다. 현재도 양조장에서는 농장에서 수확한 매실을 활용해 다양한 매실제품을 생산, 판매하고 있다. |
