서동요테마파크는 33,000㎡의 거대한 부지에 오픈된 영화세트장이다. 테마파크에는 고려부터 조선까지 다양한 세트는 물론 백제왕실, 평민마을, 귀족마을 등이 전시돼 있다. 이 세트장은 '서동의 발라드(2005)', '그레이트 시어(2012)' 등 다양한 드라마의 배경이 됐다. 방문객들은 다양한 체험 프로그램에도 참여할 수 있다.
