문학서원은 글과 인품으로 높은 평가를 받은 이곡(1298~1351)과 이색(1328~1396)을 추모하기 위해 설립되었습니다. 이 학교는 원래 1594년에 건립되었으나 임진왜란(1592~1598) 때 소실되었습니다. 1610년에 재건되었으며 1611년에 법적으로 사립학교가 되었습니다.
아카데미는 교육 공간과 신사로 구성되어 있습니다. 학교에는 이종학, 이자, 이개와 이곡, 이색 등 유학자 5명의 위패가 모셔져 있습니다. |
