어묵은 부산에서 가장 인기 있는 간식 중 하나이다. 시내의 많은 어묵제조업체 중 삼진어묵은 가장 오래된 어묵제조업체이다. 영도 본점은 빵집처럼 생겼다. 다양한 어묵 중 하나를 선택할 수 있으며, 매장 내에는 구매한 어묵을 먹을 수 있는 공간도 별도로 마련되어 있다. 2층 체험관에서는 방문객들이 직접 어묵을 만들어 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
