쌍암공원은 광주광역시 광산구 첨단지구 내 광주과학기술원 앞에 위치해 있다. 공원 중앙에 아름다운 호수가 있어 '호수공원'이라고도 불린다. 호수는 조경된 진달래와 소나무로 둘러싸여 있으며 여러 분수가 있는 곳입니다. 한 달에 한 번씩 공원에서는 문화축제가 열린다.
편의시설로는 벤치 146개, 화장실 3개, 놀이터 3개가 있습니다. 특히 운동을 즐기기에 좋은 넓은 잔디밭과 체육관을 갖추고 있어 학생들에게 인기가 높습니다. |
