昭陽ダムは 1973 年 10 月に建設された韓国最大のダムです。高さ 123 メートル、長さ 530 メートルで、最大 2,900 万トンの水を貯留することができます。貯水された水が昭陽湖となった韓国最大の人造湖で、江原道の春川、洪川、楊口、麟蹄などの市と郡に隣接する広大な地域に広がっている。フェリーに乗ったり、2.5キロメートルの遊歩道を歩いたりして楽しむことができます。様々なレストランや観光スポットも近くにあります。
