人類は文明の英雄だけを記憶する傾向があります。済州4.3平和公園は、1948年4月3日に勃発した済州動乱で祖国を守るために亡くなった人々を追悼するために設立されました。この公園は和解と平和の象徴であり、人生の新たな章を開くことを目指しています。
済州4.3平和公園の開発事業は、済州動乱の犠牲者への賠償を目的として行われた。 4.3 特別法は 2000 年に公布され、公園用地の取得、公園設立のマスタープラン、公園の設計コンペ、建設、展示、設置という手順が進められました。 2008 年 3 月 28 日についに一般公開されました。 |
