漢江から西海まで18キロメートルを流れるアラ水路。 2012 年に開通したこの水路は、洪水を防ぐために周囲の地域から余分な水を迅速に除去する役割を果たしています。この水路は、船舶による貨物輸送の重要なルートであると同時に、自然の緑地としても機能しています。
アラ水路の構想は、約 800 年前の朝鮮時代、高宗によって始まりました。残念ながら、彼の計画は技術的な障害と国の困難な状況により、その時点では完了できませんでした。数え切れない努力と準備を経て、水路の建設は 2009 年に始まり、2012 年に開通しました。 |
