41年間石油タンクとして使われていたタンクが文化空間に生まれ変わりました。 5 つのタンクはパフォーマンス ホール、展示ホール、多目的パビリオンに改装され、1 つの新しいタンクは情報センターとして使用するために建設されました。また、臨時駐車場は、来場者がくつろぎ、アクティビティやパフォーマンスを楽しめるカルチャーヤードとして生まれ変わりました。
