京畿道の州立公園である水利山は軍浦を囲み、安養や安山からも簡単にアクセスできます。摺山は鷲の形をした岩があることからその名がついたと言われています。別の伝説では、近くのスリサ寺院にちなんで名付けられたと言われています。
水利山は、清渓山、光教山、冠岳山、白雲山とともに光州山脈の一部です。山には4つの峰があり、最も高い山は大乙峰(489m)です。 樹齢100年から300年にもなる壮大な古木が美しい景観を作り出しています。この山は2002年山林庁主催の美しい森コンテストでも1位を獲得した。 |
