スリメは、朝鮮時代の宮廷料理無形文化財第38号保持者ファン・ヘソン氏に師事したパク・ミスク氏が所有・運営する伝統韓国料理体験館です。当研究所では、誰でも参加できるさまざまな伝統料理体験プログラムを実施しています。同研究所は、100年以上前に建てられた保存状態の良い韓屋建築が残る1,652.89平方メートルに及ぶ文化財に指定されている崔家住宅の壁を共有している。
