Munsuam, located on the east side of Jirisan Mountain and overlooking Jirisan Mountain's Cheonwangbong Peak, is a branch temple of Haeinsa Temple of the 12th parish of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, and is a temple that houses the Sancheong Munsuam Sakyamuni Yeongsanhoe Hubultaeng, a tangible cultural property of Gyeongsangnam-do. The 8th course of the Jirisan Trail passes under the temple, and along the way you can do the Jirisan Taegeuk Trail. It is a small traditional Hanok temple where you can relax your mind while listening to the sound of the valley water and feel the sound of Buddha. You can experience exquisite temple food during your stay.
