Odo 1-ri Beach is located between Wolpo Beach and Chilpo Beach. This is a simple beach that opens and closes temporarily only during the summer. Although it is smaller than a large beach, it is on the larger side among simple beaches. At the beach, you can enjoy the unexplored scenery of Odu Columnar Joints. They are also called ‘three rock islands as black as crows’, and their shape resembles a whale’s tail exposed above the water. This is one of the few columnar joints in the east coast area. There are cafes and restaurants with an emotional atmosphere around Odo 1-ri Beach, and there are also lodging establishments such as pensions and bed and breakfasts. To the south of the beach are Yeongilman Port, Yeongildae Beach, and Jukdo Market, making it easy to travel in conjunction with the beach.
