* A panoramic view of Dosolcheon Stream *

This is a towering peak on top of Cheongil Rock, south of Dosolam. Because of its stern spirit, it is also called Janggunbong Peak. You can see the West Sea at a glance, and the secret scenery of Dosolcheon Stream can be seen below your feet. It is the most popular tourist attraction along with the adjacent Sunset Beach. Seonunsan Cheonmabong is located 3.6km west of Seonunsa Temple and is 336m above sea level. It is a mountain where you can admire the surrounding scenery when you climb to the top.

If you enter after passing the ticket office, you will reach Seonunsa Temple. After looking around the temple, passing the camellia flowers in the camellia forest behind the temple, and going southwest for about 20 minutes, you will come to a three-way rest area. If you continue 1km up the road across from the rest area, there is a large pine tree, which is called a long-term pine tree. Right next to Jangsasong, there is Jinheung Cave, a natural rock cave where King Jinheung was so absorbed in Buddhism that he abandoned the throne and came to Seonunsa Temple with Queen Dosol and Princess Jungae to pray. Dosolam Hermitage can be reached in about 10 minutes from here.

In front of it, you can see Cheonmabong Peak, blocking the sky. On the way down, you must pass through Nakjodae, and when you come out of Yongmun Cave 100m below, an exclamation comes out of your mouth. If you look at Yongmun Cave and go straight down the valley, you will see a rock-carved Buddha carved on a huge rock. If you turn around, you will reach Dosolam Hermitage. The hike to Cheonmabong starts from the ticket office and takes 3 hours to climb Cheonmabong, pass through Nakjodae, Yongmun Cave, and Rock-carved Buddha and return to the parking lot.
