Since 2016, all small hydropower plant projects related to natural forest land have not been considered for approval, Minister of Industry and Trade Trần Tuấn Anh said at a Government cabinet meeting on Monday amid heated public debate about the impact of small hydropower plant construction on flooding and landslides.
