A 20-driftwood sculpture collection will go on installation at the Hội An Garden in  Wernigerode, the twin town of Hội An, in Germany, during the third ‘lantern festival’ in Wernigerode on August 24-27 in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the friendship of the two cities (2013-2023) and promoting ‘green’ growth co-operation of the two cities.
